Does using it cost anything?
No. Profile, matching postings and expressing interest are free for candidates.
Does my employer see my profile?
Companies only see your profile as a preview without name and contact details, and only if you express interest or have made yourself available for suggestions to companies. Because employer names appear in the preview, your employer might recognise you. With "Hide company" you exclude it.
How does the CV import work?
With your consent your CV is analysed. We remove name, contact details and other personal data beforehand using rules. You review the suggestion and confirm your profile yourself. Afterwards we delete the file and the extracted text, at the latest after 14 days.
What is a match?
A match is created when you and the company have both expressed interest. Then you see the company's contact person, and the company sees your name and contact details. Both sides then get in touch themselves.
Do I have to apply for positions?
There is no classic application process on the platform. You express interest, the company does so too, and then you talk to each other directly.
