Postings on behalf of your clients
You may place postings for clients. Two rules apply: you state in the posting that you are searching on behalf of a client, and you are authorised to do so.
Permanent positions and freelance in one account
You fill permanent positions and projects through the same account. Drafts and closed postings are free.
Fit instead of keyword search
You define requirements by activity, discipline, field of application and tool. For each matching candidate you see what is met, what only partly and what is missing, with evidence from the career history.
Several consultants, one account
Up to three admins and twenty further users work in one company account. The admins decide who may view, mark or express interest.
Anonymous preview, contact on a match
You first see candidates without names and contact details. Only once both sides have expressed interest do you exchange contact details.

Costs
Until 03/31/2027 you start free of charge and with personal support. After that, these prices apply:
From 79 euros net per month for one simultaneously active posting, further plans for 5, 10 and 50 postings, and individual postings can be added. All prices net plus VAT.

May recruiters place postings for clients?
Yes. You register as a company. In the posting you state that you are searching on behalf of a client, and you assure that you are authorised to do so.
Is a placement commission charged?
The platform charges no commission per placement. You pay the plan based on the number of simultaneously active postings, from 79 euros net per month.
May I pass candidate profiles on to my client?
Only with the candidate's consent. Before the match you only see a preview without names and contact details anyway. The platform offers no forwarding function.
Can several consultants work together?
Yes. A company account can have up to three admins and twenty further users, with adjustable permissions.
How many postings do I need?
That depends on how many positions you fill at the same time. Only published postings count. If you close a posting, its slot is freed immediately, and individual postings can be added at any time.
