engineering-talents.com is new. So that you do not pay for a platform that is only just growing, companies start free of charge and with personal support until 03/31/2027.
How it works
- Use the form to tell us which positions or projects you would like to fill.
- We get in touch, set up your company and create the postings with you.
- You receive access, see matching candidates as profile previews and decide yourself whom you contact.
- You pay nothing until 03/31/2027. After that you decide whether to book a plan. Without a booking your postings end and no costs arise.
What you should know
- There is no subscription that renews automatically, and you do not provide any payment details.
- You do not have to sign anything. You accept the start phase agreement with one tick in the form.
- Candidates see your postings like any other. Names and contact details are only exchanged once both sides are interested.

- What does the start cost?

- Does anything renew automatically?
- No. You do not provide any payment details. After 03/31/2027 we offer you a plan; without a booking your postings end and no costs arise.
- Can I also edit my postings myself?
- Yes. You get your own access and can create, change and close postings yourself at any time.
- Do I have to sign anything?
- No. With one tick in the form you accept the start phase agreement, the terms and the data protection commitment statement.
- Can recruiters take part?
- Yes, with a note in the posting that the position is advertised on behalf of a client.
