Start phase agreement

- The company uses engineering-talents.com free of charge until 03/31/2027 (end date) within the agreed scope, in particular the number of postings active at the same time.
- No paid subscription and no obligation to pay arise. After the end date we offer a plan; without a booking the postings are closed. Closed postings are kept and can be copied as a template later.
- The company agrees that our support team creates and changes postings on its behalf and expresses interest in candidates at its request. The company reviews the postings and can change or close them itself at any time. It can remove the support access in the team at any time.
- We may postpone the end date; we will announce an earlier end with 14 days' notice. The right to block inadmissible postings immediately remains unaffected.
- By accepting, the company also makes the following data protection commitment statement. Otherwise the terms and conditions and the privacy policy apply.
Data Protection Commitment Statement
By agreeing, you confirm that your company will use the candidate data received via engineering-talents.com (e.g. profile, CV, name and contact details after a match) exclusively to get in touch and for the respective selection process, will not pass it on to third parties, will protect it appropriately against unauthorised access and will delete it as soon as it is no longer needed for that purpose.
You further confirm that users of your company only view the data within the scope of their tasks and that, as company admin, you assign your users' permissions accordingly.
Your company is independently responsible, as a controller within the meaning of the GDPR, for the data received. engineering-talents.com merely transmits it and does not process it on your behalf afterwards.
