Frequently asked questions
What exactly am I paying for?
Not for publishing as such, you have that on your own careers page too. You pay for the platform continuously comparing your requirements with the candidate profiles and showing you only those who fit and want to be approached, as long as the posting is active. There is no need to sort through unsuitable applications.
What counts as an active posting?
A posting counts as long as it is published. Drafts and closed postings do not count. A published posting occupies its slot for at least 30 days. If you close it earlier, the slot stays taken until day 30 and is free afterwards.
Can I switch or cancel later?
Yes. A bigger plan or more extra postings apply immediately, a smaller plan only at the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time effective at the end of the period. When the membership ends, the postings end too; drafts are kept.
What does it cost candidates?
Nothing. Candidates use the platform for free: profile, matching and expressing interest.
